Sprinkler – Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Sprinkler, we are committed to delivering your hydration products efficiently and safely to your door via Australia Post E-Parcel.
Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- FREE standard Australian shipping for all orders over $99
- $10 Flat rate shipping for orders under $99
Your order will be delivered within 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: We only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for large or heavy orders (particularly those over 22kg or subject to cubing). If this applies to your order, we will contact you with an additional postage quote.
Australia Post Deliveries
All deliveries are sent via Australia Post and can be shipped to any residential or business address within Australia.
Deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, Australia Post may either leave the parcel in a safe location or leave a calling card for collection at your local post office.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. While we aim to deliver your items within the estimated timeframes, Sprinkler cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your purchase. Sprinkler’s obligations in relation to delivery end once the goods have been collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated address.
