Sprinkler – Return Policy
At Sprinkler, we are committed to providing high-quality hydration products, including bottles, tumblers, and accessories. If you receive a product that is faulty or not as shown on our website, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or exchange under Australian Consumer Law.
If, for any reason, you change your mind or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our website, we offer an exchange or refund, excluding delivery and re-delivery costs. Change of Mind Returns are available within 30 days of purchase and are subject to our Customer Service team’s discretion.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return items within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions:
- The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
- Returns must be accompanied by your order invoice or proof of purchase.
To return your order via post:
- Complete the Returns Form included with your order.
- Pack your item(s) carefully, including your Returns Form and Order Invoice.
- Send your parcel back to us within 30 days of purchase.
Sprinkler cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns during transit. We recommend using registered or express post to ensure your return can be tracked. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for Change of Mind returns.

If you opt for an exchange, you will be charged the appropriate postage for receiving your exchanged item(s). If the exchanged item costs more than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. No postage fees apply for orders over $100. If the exchanged item costs less than the original purchase, you will receive a refund for the difference.
If you choose to receive a full refund for returned goods, you will receive it via the same method used for the original payment.
Returns Due to Fault or Major Defects
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or exchange if the product you purchased from Sprinkler:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is significantly different from the description provided
- Is unsafe
- Fails to do what it is supposed to do
If the problem with the item is not considered a major failure, Sprinkler may choose to offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
For claims related to these circumstances, please email info@sprinkler.net.au with:
- Your full name
- Contact details (address, phone, and email)
- Order number
- A description and photograph of the fault (if applicable)
We will arrange a reply-paid postage return for any items that fall under this refund policy.
